Led strategic UX for event registration and hotel management, designing workflows across booking changes, inventory management, payments, and waitlists. Shaped experiences for multiple personas by enabling admins to build and customize workflows while standardizing attendee interactions. Drove product direction through client research, stakeholder collaboration, and high-fidelity prototypes that validated, marketed, and scaled key platform features.

 

As the sole UX designer, I led the strategic integration of the acquired WebEvents platform into our existing system, directly reporting to company executives and the acquired leadership team. I drove end-to-end design strategy, client discovery, and cross-functional collaboration, translating complex workflows and pain points into intuitive, efficient experiences. By balancing rapid business constraints with user-centered design, I delivered a seamless, scalable platform that aligned both client needs and executive objectives.

Designed and delivered Rainfocus app within Salesforce Appexchange platform. Led rapid, cross-functional collaboration meetings to integrate multiple product features into a cohesive app, utilizing the Salesforce design system and delivering four production-ready features within a three-week timeline. Created market-ready prototypes used by internal Sales team to showcase product to enterprise clients.
